“MAMMOTH TOURS” is an ambitious company that endeavors to promote the trend of tourism in Pakistan and is committed to conducting tourism responsibly and sustainably with guaranteed high quality and safety, unlike no other company in Pakistan. We desire to see the people to get out of their routine troubles, worries and experience the diverse and vibrant cultures, people and regions of Pakistan. The team in our company is made up of young, experienced individuals and adventure seekers working alongside with people having decades of experience in this field. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The members shall not indulge in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.
  2. Drug abuse and/or possession is strictly prohibited. Anyone found or caught using any kind of drug will be expelled from the trip right away, and the person will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
  3. Expression of violent behavior, including altercation, insinuations of indecent kind, verbal and physical abuse and assault, aggravated behavior, or any other act unbecoming of a member is strictly prohibited.
  4. All members are cautioned to take care of their belongings. In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings during the entirety of the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
  5. All members will be responsible for keeping the local surroundings clean. Garbage (tins, Water bottles, wrappers etc) must be appropriately disposed of without polluting water sources.
  6. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them. In such a case, the registered participants will receive a 100% refund.
  7. During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond control of the organizers. In such situations, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
  8. On steep ascents in mountainous areas, air conditioners of the buses will not be operated to prevent the vehicles from overheating.
  9. Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members. However, each venture can be fraught with unforeseen natural calamities, like avalanches, earthquakes, landslides, etc. In such circumstances, the company, the group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
  10. On adventures of this type, weather, local politics, transport and/or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers, can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, extremely unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered. If alterations do become unavoidable, the Leader and the Guide will decide upon the best alternative, while taking the interests of the whole group into consideration.
